Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shahi Punjabi Footwear. We are dedicated to delivering your handcrafted juttis, mules, and loafers safely and promptly. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 to 12 days.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1200. For orders below ₹1200, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our manufacturing unit, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your footwear.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Shahi Punjabi Footwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier service, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us so we can help track it down.
