Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing & Timeline: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 7 to 12 days.
• Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1,200. For orders below ₹1,200, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Order Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp and will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
• Address Accuracy: Address corrections can only be made before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely delivery of your juttis and ethnic footwears, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, festive rush, or extreme weather conditions.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After 24 hours, manufacturing and processing begin, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
• No Refunds: All sales on our juttis and ethnic footwears are final. We do not offer refunds.
• 3-Day Exchanges: We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery strictly for size issues or transit damage. Exchanges are limited to the exact same design (no color or model changes, unless required due to stock availability).
• Condition Requirement: To qualify for a size exchange, footwear must be 100% unworn, un-scuffed (please try on a carpet to protect the soles), and returned in the original Shahi packaging.
• Free First Exchange: We want your fit to be perfect. We cover the return shipping logistics for your first size exchange or any damaged item replacement at no extra cost.
